The agency has been briefed to run a campaign across luxury media to promote the skill and design that runs through the collections.
The team aims to generate national coverage through celebrity placement and high level editorial features.
Peachy will target luxury fashion and bridal markets, aiming for coverage in the likes of Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, Tatler, Brides, as well as international Vogue titles.
Celebrity placement activity will initially target the awards season with target placement for events including the BAFTAs, Brits and Empire Film Awards.
The account will be led by Peachy account manager Lee King. A growing team will support Lee's work on the account, with Peachy aiming to recruit a PR account executive as well as two paid internships in the coming months.
Fiona Minett, company director at Peachy, said: "Peachy PR is on course to enjoy further growth through 2014, building on an increased reputation that saw us host our first Press Day for the SS14 season, to great response, in late 2013.
“Thelma West is a great representative for the recent influx of new clients that the agency has seen in the last couple of months and anticipates seeing through the early months of 2014 and beyond. The opportunity to work on a luxury, high power account such as Thelma West Diamonds marks the true progress of the agency's developing reputation."
